I REMEMBER THIS ALARM VERTY WELL. IT WAS IN A NEWLEY DEVELOPED AREA CALLED, ROLLING WOOD.
BECAUSE OF A FLASH FLOOD AND THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE NEW HOMES CAUSED THE FLOOD.
THE MAN IN THE WHITE TURN OUT COAT IS CHIEF WILLIAM
